Accommodation at Ranthambhore Regency Hotel


Tariff Notes 

·         All rates are mentioned in Indian Rupees.

·         Exchange rates for all international currencies will be determined on the Banks/PayPal’s conversion rates applicable on the date that Ranthambhore Regency receives the payment.


·         American Plan inclusions –

·         Accommodation

·         Three meals ( breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)(including morning and evening tea and coffee)

·         Taxes are not included in the above tariifs and are subject to change from time to time.

·         The above rates are valid from 1st October 2017 to 30th June 2018.

·         No charges for children under 5 years of age, sharing with two adults.

·         All tariffs are liable to change without prior notice.

·         At the time of booking 50% advance is to be paid.

·         There is a mandatory supplement of INR 2500/- per person for (31st December) New Year's Eve Gala Dinner.)

·         In case of PayPal payments, a 5% additional service charge is levied on the advance amount.

·         In case of Bank Transfers and Western Union Payments, service charge at the guest’s end is to be paid by the guest’s themselves.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation & Cancellation Policy BOOKING AMOUNT within India: 

We would require 50% of the total amount and 100 % of the safari amount by cheque or cash - in favor of “Hotel Ranthambhore regency”. (Bank details on request) Outside India: We would require 50% of the total amount or 100 % of the safari amount via Bank transfer / Western union money transfer service/ PayPal, (details on request). 

• PayPal payments – there will be an additional 5% service charge levied on the advance amount 

• Bank Transfers & Western union payments – Service charge at your end to be paid by you. 

BALANCE PAYMENT should be settled at the Resort on departure by cash /credit card (Visa & Master). All extras not covered by plans are payable directly by the guests on departure. 


Accommodation In case of cancellations the reimbursement will be made as follows:

• Based on total amount and not on advance amount. 

• Calculated as per the date of Arrival 

• Any bank /PayPal charges for the refund will have to be borne by you. 


• There is no refund on cancellation of safari booking by Jeep/Canter (Safari Bus) 

• Rates, Rules & regulations based on the govt. policy and are subject to change.


• Incase of the guests shortening the duration of their proposed stay the advance paid/Voucher for the unoccupied period will not be adjusted. No refund will be admissible. 

• Tariff is subject to change without prior notice 

• Taxes are as per the current prevalent govt. rates. 

Check in & Out time: The Check in & Check out time at the Lodge is 1200 Hr, which may be relaxed under special circumstances.
